The Flex band is avalable in 3 resistance levels to customize your training or rehab needs. The convenient band is portable, reuable, and machine washable. The 6 inch loops are spaced equally on each half of the band to allow use of only one tool to increase strength, improve mobility, and rehabilite injuries.
